Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
"Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers."
"Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally."
Barista Skills:
"Preparing and serving a range of coffee beverages with precision and consistency."
"Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and cleanliness."
"Knowledgeable about coffee and beverage preparation techniques."
Supervisory Duties:
"Managing staff, ensuring efficient operations."
"Training and mentoring recent employees
Maintaining stock levels."




"Implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability."
"Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations."

Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience:
"Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
"Minimum 1 year of barista experience."
Skills:
"Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills."
"Excellent communication and customer service skills."
"Ability to lead and motivate a team."
"Passion for coffee and hospitality."
"Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment."
Other:
"Latte art is a bonus."

Permanent Part-time or Full-time, one day on weekends required.

Pay: $27.00 – $48.89 per hour
