About the role

Set up and operate machinery including a profile laminator, moulder, beam saw, CNC and perforator. Check product quality and make machine adjustments as required. Carry out routine machine care and maintain a secure, tidy work area. Help identify practical ways to improve production processes.

About you
Experience in woodworking production or manufacturing
Able to anticipate production needs and plan work accordingly
Mechanically minded with a practical approach to problem-solving
Able to work autonomously and alongside the owner
Honest, reliable, punctual and focused on effective production
Able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and close attention to detail
A current forklift licence is required
Experience with woodworking or similar production machinery will be highly regarded
