GotCreative is growing fast — and we’re searching for a Design & Operations Manager who’s ready to lead with creativity, clarity and confidence. This is a hybrid role (30 hrs/week) ideal for a senior designer who loves bringing ideas to life while driving smooth, efficient studio operations.
You’ll lead design delivery, guide a small creative team, manage workflows, and ensure every project is finished with excellence. If you’re a robust designer with natural leadership instincts, someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, solves problems before they appear, and genuinely cares about quality — we want to meet you.
Work directly with passionate founders, help shape our agency’s next chapter, and enjoy the flexibility of work from home with one collaborative in-office day each week.
Ready to elevate your career and build meaningful, creative work that makes an impact?
