Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads and baked goods to Bakers Delight standards.
Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness and presentation.




Assist with stock control and ordering.
Maintain a clean, organised and food-secure bakery.
Train and mentor apprentice bakers, sharing your knowledge and helping develop their skills.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You
Certificate IV in Baking (essential).
3–5 years of commercial baking experience.
Solid baking skills and knowledge of food safety.
Pride in producing consistently high-quality products.
Reliable, positive and committed to teamwork.
Enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping develop other bakers.

Australian permanent residency required.
