About the role

Sculpt Spa is looking for friendly, confident and outgoing Spa Assistants to join our growing team. You do not need to be a qualified beauty therapist, and previous experience with cryotherapy is not required. Full training will be provided across our treatments, equipment and booking system.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service
Checking clients in and out of their appointments
Completing client consultations when required
Setting clients up for self-service treatments, including lymphatic drainage, red-light therapy and infrared sauna
Providing CO₂ cryotherapy and body-sculpting treatments following training
Checking on clients and ensuring they feel comfortable




Managing appointments and updating bookings through Fresha
Answering client questions and explaining our services
Completing general reception and administrative tasks
Keeping the spa clean, organised and welcoming

About you
Confident, friendly and outgoing
Reliable, organised and willing to learn
Comfortable speaking with clients
Passionate about wellness and customer care
Able to provide exceptional customer service
Interested in growing with the business
Experience in beauty, wellness, reception, retail or customer service would be helpful but is not essential
