What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate machine deliveries with Sales and Service teams
Manage delivery forecasts, reporting and pre-delivery arrangements
Liaise with suppliers and finance partners on equipment and funding
Oversee sales orders, invoices and purchasing documentation
Identify ways to improve processes and customer experience

About You
Strong coordination and administrative skills
Experience in equipment hire, capital machinery or construction is preferred
Outstanding at multitasking, prioritising and stakeholder management
Proactive, detail-oriented and a natural organiser
