About the role

You will have opportunities to provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents and young adults. You will work with a range of clinical presentations, including emotional, behavioural and neurodevelopmental difficulties. You will undertake cognitive, learning and neurodevelopmental assessments, according to your experience and interests, collaborate with families, schools and other professionals, and develop your clinical interests within a supportive team setting.

Key responsibilities

About you
General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
An interest in working with children, adolescents and young adults




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based and client-centred psychological practice
A team-oriented approach and willingness to continue learning
Experience in psychological assessment, psychometric testing or neurodevelopmental presentations would be highly regarded but is not essential

We provide protected time for clinical administration and report writing, carefully consider caseloads to ensure appropriate alignment with clinicians' experience, interests and areas of competence. We offer clinical supervision with opportunities to further develop skills in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention, and provide strong administrative support to help clinicians focus on their clinical work.
