Salt & Sand Constructions is a locally owned building company based in Tallebudgera, specialising in architecturally designed homes, high-end residential construction and major renovations throughout the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We're looking to establish a dependable team of quality carpenters who take pride in their trade. We value quality workmanship, attention to detail and people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

Key responsibilities
Timber framing and structural carpentry
Lock-up, fix-out and detailed finishing
Decking, cladding and architectural features
Renovations, extensions and custom homes
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Working independently and alongside other trades
Maintaining a clean and organised worksite

About you
Australian-recognised carpentry qualification




Construction White Card
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Own carpentry tools and equipment appropriate to the role
Ability to read and interpret plans
Relevant experience in residential construction
Appropriate insurances for subcontractors
Honest, reliable and punctual
Hardworking, motivated and self-sufficient
Proud of workmanship and attention to detail
