About the role

A hands-on, people-focused role where customer service, print production and technology come together. This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, learning new systems and helping jobs move smoothly from enquiry to delivery. Training and support will be provided, but initiative, reliability and attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities
Welcome customers, respond to enquiries, understand requirements, recommend solutions, prepare estimates and provide job updates.
Create and progress approved jobs through workflow systems, check instructions and help schedule work to meet deadlines.
Assist with digital print output after training; complete cutting, folding, laminating, binding, collating, packing and quality checks.
Prepare orders, safely load and unload products, and deliver completed jobs using the company van while building client relationships.
Use business software, collaborate with production and design colleagues,



monitor supplies and help maintain a safe, organised workplace.

About you
Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
Good organisation, time management and attention to detail; ability to juggle priorities.
Confidence with computers and a proactive willingness to learn recent systems and processes.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite on PC, or willingness to develop these skills.
A team-oriented, professional and solution-focused approach.
Ability to safely carry out manual handling associated with boxes, printed materials and signs.
Current, valid driver's licence suitable for driving the company delivery van.
