We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Baristas and Bartenders to join our team at a vibrant café, bar and restaurant in Warrandyte.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and energetic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Barista – Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffees and other beverages
Dial in and adjust the coffee machine and grinder as required
Maintain consistent coffee quality during busy service periods
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Take customer orders and process payments when required
Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
Monitor milk, coffee beans and other barista supplies
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen team members

Bartender – Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Make cocktails and mixed drinks consistently and efficiently
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Take orders and process payments when required
Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
Assist with stock control and replenishment




Follow responsible service of alcohol requirements and venue procedures
Work efficiently during busy evening and weekend services

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Barista or Bartender is highly preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Availability for a adaptable roster, including weekends
Bartenders must hold a valid Victorian RSA
Australian working rights
