The Executive Director - People, Safety and Culture position is a significant executive leadership opportunity that will shape a safe, inclusive and high-performing workforce enabling TasTAFE to deliver for learners, industry and the Tasmanian community. With responsibility for workforce strategy, organisational development, leadership capability, industrial relations, workplace health, safety and wellbeing, and organisational change,



you will drive initiatives that strengthen capability and workforce capacity.

We are seeking a values-driven leader with substantial experience leading people, safety, culture and organisational transformation within a complex environment. You will bring demonstrated success leading large-scale change, developing workforce capability and translating strategy into measurable organisational outcomes. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build productive relationships, influence effectively and navigate diverse stakeholder interests are also required.
