We’re seeking experienced

Civil Labourers/Operators operating under an ABN

to support our crews on Sydney projects. If you’re reliable, safety-focused and take pride in hands‑on work, we’d like to hear from you.

About the work You’ll assist with civil construction activities supporting electrical infrastructure projects, including:

Hand excavation, trenching, backfilling and general civil labouring

Moving materials and using hand and power tools

Assisting plant operators and other crew members

Operating excavators where appropriately trained, competent and authorised

Keeping work areas tidy and secure





Following site safety requirements and coordinating with supervisors to complete works efficiently

What you’ll need A valid Australian Business Number (ABN)

Current Public Liability insurance and Workers Compensation insurance, where applicable

Current MR or HR driver’s licence

Construction White Card

Practical knowledge of construction tools, equipment and safe work practices

Ability to undertake physical, outdoor work

Reliability, transparent communication and the ability to work independently and within a crew

Willingness to travel to project sites across Sydney

Current ASP statutory refresher training is highly regarded.

Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy electrical safety training can be provided where required.

What we offer Contracting rate of $100 per hour
