You'll be involved in the daily production of our bakery range, working in a fast-paced, quality-driven artisan bakery with a robust focus on consistency, teamwork and creating products we're proud to serve our customers.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and baking artisan sourdough bread

Producing laminated pastries, including croissants and danishes

Preparing a variety of sweet and savoury baked goods

Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation across all products

Managing daily production schedules to meet retail and wholesale demand

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace

Working collaboratively with our bakery and café team

About you

Has previous experience working in a commercial bakery or pastry kitchen

Has a genuine passion for artisan baking and quality ingredients

Ideally has experience with sourdough and laminated pastry production

Can work efficiently in a busy, quick-paced environment





Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work

Is reliable, organised and a positive team player

Is comfortable with early morning starts

Full time or Casual position in an established, growing artisan bakery
