Based in Blacktown, they design, build and service vibratory equipment that keeps Australia's mining, quarrying and manufacturing industries moving.

About The Chance

In this full-time role, you’ll oversee workshop operations, leading a skilled team and ensuring all manufacturing, assembly, servicing, testing and despatch activities run efficiently and safely. You’ll be:
Supervising, mentoring and supporting a multi-trade workshop team, including Fitters, Painters, Coil Winders, Technicians and Apprentices
Coordinating daily workflow, labour allocation and timekeeping to drive productivity
Overseeing assembly, testing, servicing and fault-finding of company products
Managing workshop machinery maintenance, stock control, and loading/unloading with forklifts and overhead cranes




Leading a strong safety culture, ensuring WHS compliance and conducting risk assessments

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Current unrestricted Electrical Licence
Trade qualifications with proven supervisory experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude
Experience coordinating workflow and managing multiple priorities, with a solid understanding of WHS and secure work practices
Overhead crane experience (desirable, training can be provided)
