Casual Workplace Ambassador — FM on Demand (FMOD) | JLL JLL's FM on Demand (FMOD) team is looking for enthusiastic and client-focused Workplace Ambassadors to join our casual resourcing pool across Australia.

FMOD places Workplace Ambassadors across a diverse range of corporate client sites on a versatile, as-needed basis. This is a fantastic prospect to gain hands-on experience in some of Australia's most prestigious corporate environments — from global financial institutions and tech companies to professional services firms — while enjoying the flexibility of casual work. We welcome applications from candidates on Working Holiday Visas.

What The Role Involves As a Casual Workplace Ambassador with FMOD, you will be the face of the workplace at each site you are deployed to — stepping in to provide leave coverage or short to medium-term support wherever it is needed most.

Day-to-day responsibilities will vary by site but typically include:
Delivering a warm, professional front-of-house and reception experience
Managing visitor arrivals, building access, and meeting room coordination
Responding to workplace requests and employee enquiries
Supporting facilities and amenity services across the floor
Coordinating catering, events, and ad hoc workplace needs




Maintaining a well-presented, organised, and welcoming workplace environment

Because you will move across different client environments, you will need to be personable, adaptable, and comfortable hitting the ground running at each new site.

What We Are Looking For
Experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role
Polished, qualified presentation and communication style
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional workplace and guest experiences
Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to current environments
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
