Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a proactive Claims Officer to join the Claims team in our Tullamarine HQ. You will manage backend administration, contact customers about damagers, and keep complete file records for recoveries.

Responsibilities include investigating cases, gathering information, preparing paperwork, handling inquiries, and negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties. Hybrid working is available.
