Our Supported Independent Living homes provide a warm and supportive setting for our clients, and we’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.

Position: Disability Support Worker

Location: Riverland (Berri, Renmark, Loxton)

Availability: Night shifts and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities and skills development.
Foster independence and social inclusion.
Ensure a protected and nurturing environment.
Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:




Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker.
Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
