About the role The Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant is responsible for the effective receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods to ensure accurate and timely customer orders. This role plays a key part in maintaining warehouse organisation, stock accuracy and operational efficiency. The position requires reliability, attention to detail and a robust commitment to workplace safety.

Key responsibilities
Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately
Organise and maintain warehouse stock locations
Assist with hose assembly and product preparation
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
Operate forklift (if licensed)
Assist with stocktakes and inventory control




Maintain warehouse cleanliness and presentation
Ensure compliance with WHS procedures
Assist with freight coordination and dispatch documentation

About you
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Robust attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Commitment to workplace safety
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
NSW driver's licence (advantageous)
Previous warehouse or dispatch experience (desirable)
Experience using inventory systems (desirable)
Basic computer skills (desirable)
