GuidedHR seeks a Floral Manager for a Melbourne client to lead and develop the Floral Department in a newly created, full time role. You will own the floral function from brief to delivery, lead the team, work with clients and Sales to win recent business, and drive product development with budget discipline.

Reporting to Directors, you will join a team-oriented leadership team across Sales, Operations and Warehouse, with a five-day week and weekend work as required by the events calendar.
