Sanctuary Golf Resort | Bunbury, WA We are looking for a energetic, experienced and passionate Venue Manager to join our management team at Sanctuary Golf Resort.

The successful applicant will take responsibility for the overall management of our Food & Beverage and Functions departments, driving exceptional guest experiences while maintaining solid operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant, bar and functions operations.
Lead, motivate, train and manage the Food & Beverage team.
Coordinate weddings, corporate functions, conferences and special events.
Manage staff rostering, labour costs and wage budgets.
Monitor revenue, profitability, stock control and cost of goods.
Maintain exceptional customer service and presentation standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Drive sales, promotions and opportunities to increase revenue.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, RSA, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Manage customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
Report directly to senior management on department performance.

About You
Proven experience in a Venue Manager,



Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality management position.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Experience managing busy restaurant, bar and function operations.
Excellent understanding of labour budgets, stock control and profitability.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work hands-on alongside the team is essential.
Experience coordinating weddings and large-scale functions.
Current WA Approved Manager accreditation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
