About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Process vehicle registrations, transfers and renewals, ensuring compliance with VicRoads requirements
Completing registration checks on all vehicles (VRO) via VicRoads and other States' systems.
Maintain accurate records, complete data entry and manage registration documentation.
Liaise with customers, government departments and internal teams to resolve registration enquiries.
Perform general administration duties, including filing, scanning, emails and telephone enquiries.
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the wider team.

About You




Minimum 1 year's experience in vehicle registrations or a high-volume administration role.
Experience with VicRoads processes and automotive dealerships highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, robust communication skills and a team-focused approach.
