About the role.
Ensure all suppliers are assessed, rated and reviewed including suppliers of products, service suppliers and co-packers
Ensure all supplier information is maintained including certificates
Regular review of suppliers and conducting supplier audits
Ensure new supplier documentation is provided and signed
Ensure all certificates, COA's, PIF's, product specs are provided by the supplier




Ensure risk assessment for new suppliers and required documentation
Provide performance reports, trends and progress update at meetings
Provide technical support for Account Managers
Investigate, analyze customer complaints and respond to customer
Raise and investigate non-conformances for customers and suppliers
Conduct internal quality system audits
Potential 1 day work from home after 6 months
Regular reviews including 12-month performance review.

About you.
A recent Food Science Graduate
Able to interpret technical information and make sound judgements based on science
Confident searching and interpreting regulatory requirements
Advanced MS Office and PowerBI advantageous.
