As part of our Retail Operations team, you will bring the rollout to life through engaging learning experiences that drive adoption and set our retail partners up for success.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Retail Operations and Capability Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality training for a large-scale terminal rollout program. You will be a visible, trusted presence in the field, travelling regularly and working closely with teams to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective training delivery across multiple channels.
Lead state-based training delivery for a major terminal rollout program
Deliver engaging face to face and virtual training sessions
Adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and learning needs
Coordinate train-the-trainer support during peak rollout periods
Maintain training records, feedback, and continuous improvement insights




Collaborate with facilitators to ensure consistent messaging and standards
