BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Financial Crimes Intelligence Hub in Brisbane. You will guide the internal intelligence program across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scams, turning insights into actions that protect customers and the business.

You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team, shape threat assessments, develop recent detection capabilities and elevate enterprise-wide risk decision making. You thrive in regulated settings and influence senior stakeholders.
