Job Description
Provide technical support for air-conditioning systems to customers and internal teams.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct in office inspections and provide recommendations for system optimisation.
Deliver training sessions to internal staff and external customers on system usage and maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and service efficiency.
Prepare and maintain detailed service and technical reports.
Support the development and implementation of new technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Technical Service Engineer should have:
Strong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems and related engineering processes.
Previous experience in providing technical support and solutions within the retail industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
A valid driver's licence to accommodate travel requirements.
