Test Lead / QA Lead – QXDM | Mobile Testing | Sydney

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a robust background in manual testing to lead QA activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers.
Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Conduct field testing and lab testing to validate product performance and reliability.
Use QXDM to analyse and troubleshoot mobile device/application issues.
Manage defects and track resolution using JIRA .
Work closely with development and cross-functional teams on quality and testing requirements.
Mentor QA team members and promote testing best practices.
Identify and improve QA processes, tools and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on QXDM experience – mandatory/deal-breaker




Strong manual testing experience.
Experience in field and lab testing .
Proficiency with JIRA .
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience leading QA teams and testing projects.

Desirable
Mobile application testing.
Test automation experience.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Performance/load testing.
Telecom/mobile device testing experience.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
7+ years of QA/testing experience .
Proven experience leading QA teams and managing testing projects.
