About the Client

Our client is a growing travel and tourism business based in Adelaide, Australia, providing personalized travel planning and booking services. They are looking for a reliable and organized Travel VA to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Role Overview The Travel VA will assist with travel research, booking coordination, itinerary preparation, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple travel arrangements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Research and coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, and tour bookings.
Prepare and update travel itineraries and booking confirmations.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.




Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Maintain accurate customer records and travel documents.
Prepare travel quotations and basic reports.
Support general administrative tasks and improve booking workflows.

Candidate Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in travel coordination, reservations, or a similar role.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
Solid communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport is an advantage.
