What You'll Do - Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team What You'll BringRequired - 3+ years' Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a robust track record
Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
