Event Crate is looking for an experienced Spray Painter & Paint Finisher to join our custom manufacturing and fabrication team.

We build bespoke displays, event structures, brand activation pieces, signage and custom components for a diverse range of clients. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their finish and can turn fabricated components into high-quality finished products.

The role
Spray painting using 2K paint systems and conventional paints.
Preparing surfaces through sanding, filling, priming and masking.
Painting and finishing MDF, timber and fabricated components.
Achieving clean, consistent finishes across a variety of custom projects.
Working closely with our fabrication and production team to meet project deadlines.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint workspace.

About you
Previous spray-painting and paint-finishing experience.
Confident working with 2K paints and standard paint systems.
Solid preparation skills and an eye for detail.




Able to work independently and manage your workload.
Flexible and comfortable working on diverse, one-off projects.

Experience in automotive spray painting, cabinet finishing, furniture finishing or custom fabrication would be highly regarded.
