Profectus is seeking an experienced Team Lead Developer to lead an enhancement team for an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM TM1 and Planning Analytics. The work covers development leadership, build and configuration, testing and release of recent functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of TM1 developers delivering minor and major enhancements
Plan, schedule and allocate development work from the enhancement work plan
Develop and review model enhancements, rules, calculations and workflows
Build reporting and dashboard enhancements
Oversee system, integration and regression testing
Support user acceptance testing and production deployment
Provide effort estimates for enhancement requests
Conduct post implementation validation
Coordinate releases with sustainment, infrastructure and service delivery teams

Required Experience
Senior development in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1
Leading a development team




Delivering enhancements from requirements through to deployment
System, integration and regression testing
Effort estimation and work planning
Release planning and production implementation

Desirable Experience
Planning Analytics Workspace and Planning Analytics for Excel
SAP data integration with TM1
Financial budgeting and forecasting models
Working within Defence finance or ICT areas

Security Clearance Requirements
Must be an Australian Citizen
Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
