Edwards Saddleworld Toowoomba is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated senior retail store assistant. We are a local family-owned business that prides itself on having exceptional customer service skills and being knowledgeable within the equine industry.
Key responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service skills
Assist customers with enquiries and sales
Maintain store presentation and stock levels
Build product knowledge to confidently support and advise customers
Accurately label stock merchandise
About you
Available to work two weekends a month and at least 3 days a week
Horse knowledge/experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Self-motivated, energetic and extremely proactive
Attention to detail
Can work in a high paced setting with competing priorities
The willingness to travel for store trade stands
Basic proficiency in Microsoft office applications
A desire to upskill and learn and can adapt to new tasks and technologies
