Zenith Hotels’ East Pavilion at Shoal Bay is opening in September 2026, a brand-current waterfront dining space within Shoal Bay Country Club precinct. We are seeking casual or full time Chefs and Wok Chefs to join the opening team and help build a high-performing kitchen from day one.

As a Chef, you will deliver high-quality dishes, work in a quick-paced, high-volume kitchen, and collaborate with seasoned culinary leaders.
