MSS Security is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead site-based security operations at RAAF Williamtown, ensuring a protected and secure setting for clients, staff and visitors. This full time role focuses on safeguarding assets while modelling MSS's values and a positive, qualified culture.

You will oversee daily operations, provide team leadership, escalate incidents per Defence procedures, and liaise with the client and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
