About the Role

As the first point of contact at Zeekr, you’ll play a vital role in shaping each guest’s experience. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service, attention to detail and organisation will ensure every interaction reflects the Zeekr brand. This role will be mainly involved in working as a service receptionist with adhoc duties in assisting the warranty department as well.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests to the service department, creating a positive and skilled first impression
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to service enquiries with confidence and care




Accurately record guest details, vehicle information, and service requests
Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate service updates, timelines, and additional work clearly to guests
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

About You You’re someone who thrives in a quick‑paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and approachable communication style
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computer systems, appointment software, and Microsoft Office
