About The Role As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering secure, highquality, personcentred care. Under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, RNs are central to ensuring each resident’s identity, preferences, culture, and goals are reflected in their care experience. You’ll mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to consistently deliver care that upholds dignity, respect, and individualised support.

Competitive rate from: $55.32 per hour + super, plus applicable penalty rates and salary packaging benefits to help maximise your take-home pay.
