Sydney Inline Plumbing is looking for an experienced Sales Plumber who can diagnose problems, present solutions, quote confidently and close work. This isn’t your standard maintenance plumbing role. We want someone with proven plumbing sales experience who wants their income to reflect the results they produce.

Uncapped commission
Potential to earn $200K–$400K p.a. in performance bonuses/commission
Genuine pathway to Sales Manager

Ongoing sales and technical training
Dedicated office and dispatch support
Weekly team catch-ups and monthly events
The Role
Attend residential plumbing appointments
Diagnose plumbing and drainage problems
Identify additional opportunities onsite
Present customers with multiple solutions
Prepare and present quotes
Close sales and follow up prospects
Meet sales targets and KPIs
Hand sold work over to our operations team
About You
Qualified and experienced plumber
Proven plumbing sales experience
Confident quoting and closing higher-value work
Strong residential maintenance knowledge
Excellent customer communication
Motivated by targets, commission and results
Interested in progressing into sales leadership
