This full time hybrid role offers a rotating roster, Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays; hours 8am–8pm, with some after-hours remote shifts.

You’ll help customers choose health cover, support across channels, build relationships, and contribute to community engagement while delivering personalised support locally.
