About the role

We're looking for a excellent hospitality person to join our team at Club Jervis Bay. You might be an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a change, or a solid Supervisor ready for more responsibility. We're flexible on the role because finding the right person matters more to us than their current job title.

Key responsibilities
Lead and manage a hospitality team
Ensure great service standards
Manage restaurant operations with early finishes (most evenings finished by around 9pm)

Experienced in hospitality management or supervision
