About the role

This is a genuine 360 recruitment opportunity, where you'll have the chance to build your own client portfolio, develop strong candidate networks and take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. Based in the Adelaide CBD office, you'll join an experienced and supportive team working across a range of industries, with a solid focus on blue-collar recruitment.

Key responsibilities
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building trusted relationships with clients and candidates
Taking recruitment briefs and understanding what clients really need
Advertising roles and actively sourcing suitable candidates
Interviewing, screening and presenting candidates
Managing the recruitment process through to placement
Growing existing accounts and identifying further prospects
Negotiating recruitment fees and terms
Managing your pipeline, activity and performance against targets
Providing ongoing support to clients and placed candidates

About you
Previous recruitment experience, particularly within blue-collar recruitment
A proven interest in business development and sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence negotiating with clients




Resilience and the ability to work towards measurable targets
A proactive approach and strong work ethic
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Full time availability
A current full driver's licence
The ability to obtain a National Police Check
