We are searching for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join our team as a Reception & Sales Support Team Member.

You will be the first person many of our customers meet, helping create a welcoming experience while keeping communication, customer information and consultant support moving smoothly behind the scenes.

More than a traditional reception role, this position provides a genuine introduction to the travel industry and the opportunity to develop toward becoming a Travel Consultant.

What you’ll be doing
Welcoming customers and assisting with initial enquiries
Answering calls, managing messages and monitoring store emails
Coordinating customer appointments
Supporting consultants with documents, booking information and administration
Updating customer profiles, enquiries, passport details and loyalty information
Contacting suppliers for information and documentation
Saving and maintaining booking records
Assisting with marketing campaigns, events and customer database activity




Keeping the reception and retail environment organised and professional
Building your travel knowledge through training and supplier events
