About the role

Regents Motor Group is looking for a agile, career-focused New Car Manager to join the team. You will lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team at Australia's No.1-selling retail Isuzu dealer , deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Isuzu models.

Key responsibilities
Lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team to smash targets
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
Drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Isuzu models
Build strong relationships with OEM partners and crossover with Aftersales
Analyse sales data, forecast demand and optimise showroom performance
Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential

About you




Proven track record in new car sales management (dealer experience a must)
Natural leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-focused, organised and comfortable with targets and KPIs
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Current Motor Vehicle Sales licence
Current Australian driver's licence
