Part time opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a busy real estate sales representative.

This is a true right-hand role, supporting every stage of the sales process, from listing through to settlement. You will provide exceptional client care, coordinate appointments and keep the day-to-day business running smoothly.

Working Hours
Monday: Full day
Tuesday: Half day
Wednesday: Day off
Thursday: Half day
Friday: Half day

The Role

Your responsibilities will include
Answering incoming and diverted calls and ensuring emails receive prompt responses.
Managing daily administration, prioritising tasks and keeping work moving.
Coordinating appointments requiring property access.
Supporting clients from listing through to settlement with regular updates and attentive service.
Maintaining ongoing client relationships, including anniversary communications.
Entering and maintaining accurate client information in Rex.
Keeping the sales representative on track with reminders,



follow-ups and appointment management.
Contributing ideas to improve processes and the client experience—we welcome someone with the confidence to speak up.

About You

You will bring
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, with real estate experience highly regarded.
The ability to work independently, supported by a strong work ethic and a proven record of delivering results.
Initiative, enthusiasm and a practical approach to solving problems.
Professionalism, reliability and confidence in making decisions and thinking on your feet.
Excellent communication skills and a qualified, friendly phone manner.
Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy sales environment.
