We're looking for a reliable and passionate Pizza Chef to join our Brewery Restaurant in Rozelle. You'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality food and keeping the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard
Assisting with the preparation of other menu items as required
Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering needs
Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and presented to quality and safety standards
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace
Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver great service during busy periods
About you
Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or quick-paced kitchen environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
Kitchen: 1 year required
English language required
Work authorisation: Australia required
Ability to reliably commute to Rozelle NSW 2039
