Commercial & Procurement Manager | HV & Substations

We’re recruiting a Commercial & Procurement Manager for a growing high-voltage infrastructure business.

This hands-on leadership role combines technical procurement, people management and commercial oversight. You’ll own HV equipment and subcontract procurement, manage the Contracts Manager, and lead commercial negotiations and escalations across project delivery.

The role
Lead contract negotiations and support delivery teams with variations, claims and commercial disputes, acting as the first point of escalation.
Lead RFQs, tender evaluations, supplier negotiations and subcontractor engagement.
Review technical scopes, drawings and submissions to identify gaps, exclusions and delivery risks.
Oversee contract terms, variations and commercial disputes.




Align supplier and subcontractor agreements with client commitments.
Strengthen procurement processes and support delivery teams with explicit commercial direction.

About you
Experience in HV, substations, transmission or electrical infrastructure.
Solid procurement and contract management capability.
Confidence leading people, influencing stakeholders and handling difficult negotiations.
Ability to work independently across technical and commercial requirements.
