About the role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team in a Reception, Administration, and Property Management Support role. This is a front-desk position where you will be the first point of contact for clients while actively assisting our Property Management team with ongoing administrative and operational tasks. We offer flexible working arrangements and are open to both part time and full time applicants.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting clients with a professional, friendly manner
Answering, directing incoming calls, and taking accurate messages
Providing core administrative support across daily operations
Assisting the Property Management team with leasing tasks, routine inspections, and tenant/landlord support
Overseeing general office presentation and maintaining office supplies

About you
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette




High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and time management
Proficiency with computers and up-to-date office systems
Professional presentation
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (preferred)
