We have an exciting opportunity for a full time pastry chef to join our team in Essendon.

This role will suit a passionate chef with availability to work from 30h/40h per week. We are happy to provide all necessary training, but experience in a similar workplace will be advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities
Bake inclusions and make ripples
Prepare gelato inserts for gelato cakes, assemble and decorate
Prepare chocolate decorations
Work closely with head chef and provide support and assistance to all daily operations.




To maintain current HACCP and associated programs
Able to work in a fast pace dynamic environment and maintain deadlines.

Qualifications & experience
Previous experience (at least 2 years) working in a fast and dynamic workplace.
Great time management and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can add to our great team culture.

Pay: From $33.50 per hour
