Jane is a neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Surry Hills seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to lead the floor and shape warm, confident service. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes and a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll build a robust team culture, manage rosters and guest communications, and play an active role in curating the wine and cocktail program with the Head Chef and owners.
