JOB ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Team Member to join our Sales & Marketing team in Cowra, NSW.

You will support the team with the day-to-day running of our digital marketing, from social media and EDMs through to website updates and paid ads management, while helping to plan campaigns and events for our customers in the manufacturing industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drafting and scheduling social media posts across platforms
Writing and sending out newsletters and EDMs, including proofing and audience management
Updating website copy and product pages
Helping plan marketing campaigns and events
Tracking marketing results, and preparing reports for the Marketing team
Showing ability to meet deadlines and work to the agreed content calendar

HARD SKILLS:




Previous experience in a marketing, communications or content role
Experience using social media scheduling and email marketing platforms
Confident writing and proofreading Australian English, with copy accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud (inc. Indesign, Lightroom and Photoshop)
Experience updating website content is beneficial
Agricultural industry experience or knowledge, including relevant terminology
Experience in marketing analytics and reporting

SOFT SKILLS:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solid organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision as well as in a team
Taking pride in work output and attention to detail
Self-driven, punctual, with a good work ethic and a positive attitude
Open to training and keen to improve your skills
