LVLY in Brisbane seeks an experienced Floristry Coordinator to lead and support the floristry team. You'll train recent recruits, manage production, ensure high-quality posies, and oversee stock and workflow with the Operations Manager. This role blends hands-on floristry with leadership across the team.

You will drive quality, staff development and productive rostering during peak periods like Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, while maintaining our signature LVLY floral style.
