Focus Care Australia is seeking caring and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our Sydney Inner West team. With a minimum of two hours with each client, you’ll build meaningful connections and help people live independently.

You’ll need a current driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle and an NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one). Availability of 10–15 hours per week, Monday–Sunday, and the ability to travel to participants’ homes are essential; longer shifts, weekends and
